Was first time in Xenia Portarias and first time we felt like home...The service from staff the location the facilities all were in perfect order... will visit Xenia next year for sure,,,!!!

The hotel reception, the restaurants and the bars were only for smokers. There was no no smoking policy

A bit hard to find and a bit hard to get to (VERY windy road) but excellent motel so it's worth it.

Hard to find & very windy road to motel

Traveling with our 4 years son it was a discovery trip through Greece mainland and islands. Although being many times during last years in Greece it was first time staying at such a place. After 6 hours driving suddenly the road climbed far from heat and dust of cities and noise of sea resorts. Among amazing views and authentic houses curved road is leading to a fantastic place. The hotel is situated not on a main road which is another advantage in regard to a tranquil silence surrounding during night. You may sleep with open windows because also the temperature is 22-23 C during night. Breakfast is rich and home made.

A small remark only: I have booked a junior suit but at arrival was "upgraded" to a suit at same price which was a bit too big and old fashioned. Not very suitable for kids. Very different from the pictures of the junior suit. This is just a minor remark and can not change the beautiful impression of our stay at the hotel.

our stay in portaria was fantastic, and xenia palace exceeded our expectations. the clean, comfortable rooms and stunning views made our family holiday unforgettable. the pool and pool bar were a delightful bonus, and being a short walk from the charming portaria village was a major plus.

Excellent stay! They upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge!! Really recommended for all kind of guests. It is cosy, luxurious and the staff is really happy to oblige you in any way possible. Will certainly visit in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Portaria with a beautiful pool and clean common spaces. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. The breakfast was delicious, especially the traditional options. The staff were very polite and made us feel special. Plus, the view from the Veranda restaurant was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Portaria.

Very helpful and always smily staff. Beautiful view around the hotel. Comfortable tempature throughout the hotel even in mid August. Clean bedroom and bathroom.

Rather stiff beds.

We loved the location of the hotel, being very close to the centre of town and on top of the hill with nice views. The facilities were great, especially the pool and parking area. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options and fresh orange juice. Additionally, the staff was polite and made us feel special.
